Solar Water Heating System - 120 Gallons Evacuated Tubes Solar Heat Exchanger

Featuring all of the benefits of the 65 Gallon Heat Exchanger System, the 120 Gallon Evacuated Tube Heat Exchanger Solar Hot Water System packs a little extra punch - with a second SunMaxx 20 Evacuated Tube Solar Collector added to the components of the smaller, 65 Gallon System.

The 120 Gallon System is perfect for larger families and households, and can easily supply most of the hot water needed by a household of 4 or 5 people.  The Systems combines 2 SunMaxx 20 Evacuated Tube Solar Collectors, a Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger, and many of the major components needed to install your system right out of the box, and can easily be up and running within a day.

Solar Hot Water Storage Tanks are expensive, becuase they often incorporate 1 or more internal heat exchangers.  But, if you have just purchased a brand new hot water storage tank, or your existing tank is more than adequate, the additional cost of a second hot water storage tank can be prohibitive.  Enter the external heat exchanger:

Requirements:
Roof Space : The Solar Collectors require 72 square feet of roof space Orientation:  In the Northern Hemisphere, the collector should face South; in the Southern Hemisphere, the collector should face North.  Click Here for Additional Help

Collector Tilt : Optimum tilt for the solar collectors is equal to the latitude of your location. However, a few degrees (1 - 10) is hardly the additional cost to correct. Click Here for Additional Help
