Silicon Solar Inc partners with Altech  Solar to install Aspen, Colorado’s, first commercial solar thermal system.
The projects estimated completion date is expected by the end of February and will be used to provide heat for the facilities pool, domestic hot water and space heating demands.

With over 45 SunMaxx-30 solar thermal collectors, the system tops the charts for the largest solar thermal system in Aspen. Following the inspiration of the St. Regis Hotel, Altech and Silicon Solar are partnering to provide a similar solar thermal system for Grand Hyatt Resort in Aspen.
